Artistic Director Peter Breuer's dynamic teaching and choreography bring the students to a high level of training already from the first week of the workshop. SIBA's International faculty (12-14 teachers for each workshop) bring their vast knowledge and experience of dance training to students in classical ballet, pointe, pas-de-deux, repertoire, variations, modern dance, jazz, musical-dance, improvisations, choreography, make-up and more., All the accomplishments a dancer needs in order to become professional and be accepted in a company.
SIBA's GOAL: One of the many goals of SIBA is to 'polish' the dancer's personal skills and most of all give them the stage experience they need, by producing 4 gala shows in 3 different theaters. The gala performances are filmed and available on video for the students to use in their CV.
From the moment you arrive - YOU ARE THE COMPANY! You dance, eat, breath SIBA! You learn how it is to be a part of a dance company professionally, meet other dancers from all over the world, learn other languages, dance methods, and make friends for life!

AGE: From 14 - 28 years old,(working in 3 groups according to level).
LOCATION: Herz Jesu Missionary School, SchoenleitenStr. 1, 5020 Salzburg-Liefering, Austria.

EDAS-VALENCIA - August 10 - 30, 2010 in Valencia, Spain
For the first time in the beautiful city of Valencia, Spain, you will be able to join a workshop that will give you all you need to fulfill your dance ambitions, and train with the best international teachers available. Artistic Director Professor Fernando Coelho of Brazil, David Dvir, Jania Batista, Gema Casino, Eldar Groissman, Principal dancer from Nacho Duato company and more. Project director: Alexandru Boxan

2 PERFORMANCES: We welcome ballet and dance students from 13 - 26 years old, which will train in different age and level groups. * SIBA students who wish to participate also in the Valencia workshop recieve 15% discount off the tuition fees. Travel between Salzburg and Valencia will be arranged by EDAS and escorted by the teachers.

SIBA is offering 2 scholarships to the summer workshop 2010 for the best workshop students.
