Dirigida por Anatoly Amelyanov, medalla Diaghivev 'por el beneficio para la cultura rusa', la compañía “La Corona del Ballet Ruso” (The Crown of Russian Ballet) fue fundada en 1997.
Entre su elenco de integrantes figuran bailarines con una larga experiencia, de gran proyección y que han pasado por los teatros más importantes de Rusia. La compañía ha realizado giras muy aclamadas por Inglaterra, Estados Unidos, Taiwán, Tailandia, Japón, Alemania y España.

John Neumeier stated frequently that in his choreographies he creates "movements that are moving" the audience. This emotional approach is typical for the HAMBURG BALLET. "Moving Movements" is therefore the brand positioning behind the first image campaign for the company. Jealousy, Passion, Solitude, Bravery - strong emotions are at the core of the four motives of the campaign, merging art and everyday life.

Julio Bocca dirige desde el 1 de junio el Ballet Nacional de Uruguay con sede en el Sodre (Servicio Oficial Uruguayo de Difusión, Radiotelevisión y Espectáculos).
El elenco nacional cumple en noviembre 75 años, pero será renovado totalmente por Bocca, que tiene un plan ambicioso para esta compañía. Uruguay no se había distinguido por un plan de desarrollo de la danza.
