he “Hamburger Ballett-Tage” (Hamburg Ballet Days) are traditionally the final highlight of THE HAMBURG BALLET season. This year from June 26 to July 10, the 37th edition of the festival presents not only the world premiere of John Neumeier’s latest ballet on a symphony by Gustav Mahler, but also a very special gust company: The National Ballet of China. In addition, the festival presents all repertoire highlights of the season 2010/2011 within the two weeks. Another guest will be singer Thomas Hampson.

Teatre Principal (València) Dansa València.

Con el primer montaje (Sangrepura, 2002) removió las aguas de la danza teatralizada nacional y dio mucho de qué hablar, con el segundo (Sangrepura 2.0, 2010) las agitó aún más uniendo su nombre al del Ballet de Teatres de la Generalitat y realizando un montaje ad-hoc para el Teatre Romá de Sagunt y con el tercero (Drácula, que se estrenará en el Teatre Principal dentro de la temporada Internacional Dansa València) parece que seguirá ese destino de vocación renovadora del movimiento escénico, entendiéndolo como fluido vital.

'HORA' es un montaje para 11 bailarines, todos los cuales ocupan el escenario durante toda la representación. Hay una densidad e intensidad de movimiento en la obra que está íntimamente relacionada con el lenguaje de movimiento de Naharin 'Gaga', y su diálogo con los bailarines.

El Premio Dansa València se otorga como reconocimiento a la trayectoria nacional e internacional de una personalidad del mundo de la danza.

La Temporada Internacional Dansa València, del 26 de abril al 5 de junio, parte de la programación regular de Teatres de la Generalitat y coordinada por el Centro Coreográfico de Teatres de la Generalitat, premiará al coreógrafo y director artístico de la Compañía Nacional de Danza, José Carlos Martínez, por su excelente trayectoria, primero como intérprete y luego como coreógrafo.

The Béjart Ballet Lausanne will be touring the Zenith venues in France from March 30th to April 14th, with a quick visit over the border to Spain in March. In June, a great classic on the stage of the Théâtre de Beaulieu in Lausanne: Le Sacre du printemps and a creation by Alonzo King, the famous American choreographer: Figures of Speech.

During the spring and early summer, the Béjart Ballet Lausanne (BBL) continues its European tour: France, Spain, Poland, Italy, Germany, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey… The company will be performing fifteen different ballets in a dozen cities.
