To start the new season the Bavarian State Ballet will present great ballerinas as guests in Don Quijote
After refreshing holidays the dancers of the Bavarian State Ballet have returned to daily class and rehearsals. With the motto “Very British!?” the 2011/2012 season will present works of the most important British choreographers, both classical and modern.

Pero si añadimos que está vez se sube a las tablas con la adaptación teatral de la novela “En Paris” del escritor ruso Ivan Bunin y que el espectador podrá escucharlo hablar en su lengua vernácula, así como en francés, la escena se vuelve más intrigante.

JOSEPH GORAK AWARDED
2011 PRINCESS GRACE FOUNDATION-USA DANCE FELLOWSHIP.
Joseph Gorak, a member of American Ballet Theatre’s corps de ballet, is the recipient of a 2011 Princess Grace Award. The award, a Dance Fellowship, was one of eight fellowships granted in the Dance and Choreography category. The annual Princess Grace Foundation-USA awards were announced in New York City on August 15.
