11th International Mariinsky Ballet Festival started on the 14th of April and was launched with the premiere of the ballet Le Parc choreographed by the famous modern choreographer Angelin Preljocaj.
Choreographer who directed the rehearsals of our ballet troupe, has adapted his original 1994 version he created for the Ballet de l’Opéra de Paris. The play tells the story of growing up a woman’s soul, turning the theme of mature heart into cultivation of sensuality.

NYCB opens its spring repertory season with Balanchine Black & White Week, a full week of performances of George Balanchine’s “black and white” ballets, as well as a series of Pre-Performance Talks, demonstrations, and events.

El próximo domingo 8 de mayo, el Liceu organiza una jornada de puertas abiertas, desde las 10 h de la mañana, hasta las 18 h, ininterrumpidamente, coincidiendo con el Día Europeo de la Ópera.
Se podrán visitar los espacios más emblemáticos del Teatro: La Sala, el Saló dels Miralls (Salón de los Espejos), el Foyer y el Círculo del Liceo, un claro exponente del Modernismo catalán con una excepcional colección de pinturas de Ramon Casas Durante toda la jornada, en el Saló dels Miralls, se ofrecerán actuaciones musicales.

José María Sánchez Verdú, protagonista de los conciertos de Pascua de Hamburgo
El renombrado compositor español José María Sánchez Verdú es este año protagonista de los ‘Hamburger Ostertöne’, los tradicionales conciertos de Pascua de la ciudad de Hamburgo.
Este festival de música clásica, que comienza el 22 de abril, Viernes Santo, con la actuación de la Filarmónica de Bremen en la Musikhalle de Hamburgo, termina el lunes de Pascua con la presentación escénica de la Ópera de Cámara, Aura, interpretada por la ‘Kammerensemble Neue Musik Berlín’ y dirigida por el propio Verdú, autor de la obra.
