D.A.N.C.E. is a European interdisciplinary professional insertion programme for young dancers under the Artistic Direction of Frédéric Flamand, William Forsythe, Wayne McGregor and Angelin Preljocaj.

Affiliated to this foursome are Pierre Droulers, Michele Anne De Mey and Thierry De Mey, the new artistic direction of Charleroi/Danses and the independent media artists Lutz Gregor and Christian Ziegler.

Students in Israel receive excellent modern dance education. Now is the opportunity to augment their training in classical ballet through the EDAS-ISRAEL workshop. Students will receive an experience including repertoire, variations and advanced ballet.  The response from studios in Israel has been extremely positive and the event promises to become a recurring annual workshop.

Barre à Terre en las clases de Detox Ballet Salud & Cuerpo

¿Es la Barre á terre una técnica? No, no lo es. Es un acondicionamiento muscular, y mental, enfocado a las necesidades de la danza: estabilidad de la pelvis (la que soporta el centro de gravedad), manejo del «en-dehors» (rotación externa del muslo sobre la cadera), aislamiento y fortalecimiento de la pierna de apoyo, mayores estiramientos.

World Music Theatre Festival

In Amsterdam the sixth edition of the World Music Theatre Festival (WMTF) will take place from 5 until 16 March 2008 in Muziekgebouw a/h IJ, Tropentheater, De Meervaart and Podium Mozaïek.

The WMTF will bring performances from Japan, New Zealand, Venezuela, South Africa, New York (USA) and Taiwan, together with introductions, lectures, films and workshops.

Festival Internacional Madrid en Danza 2008

La XXIII edición de este Festival Internacional se celebrará entre los días 7 y 29 de abril.

La Comunidad trae 26 producciones de alto nivel y prestigio para el Festival Madrid en Danza. Ofrecerá un total de 11 estrenos en la Comunidad de Madrid y 6 en España.

Esta edición se clausurará con la celebración del Día Internacional de la Danza.
