Barcelona, 22 de marzo de 2019. Esta mañana se ha dado a conocer la programación de la 33.ª edición del Festival Castell de Peralada, que organiza la Fundación Castillo de Peralada. El acto de presentación ha tenido lugar en el Salón de los Espejos del Gran Teatro del Liceo, con la presencia de la presidenta de la Fundación Castillo de Peralada, Isabel Suqué, y el director del Festival Castell de Peralada, Oriol Aguilà.
En el transcurso del acto, se ha presentado el cartel completo de una nueva edición del Festival, que acoge 25 propuestas entre el 4 de julio y el 17 de agosto y que cuenta con un presupuesto de 4,6 millones de euros. Durante el acto también se ha presentado la obra que la artista multidisciplinar española Ouka Leele ha creado para la ocasión.

Unknown until that moment, the genius designer who revered the French way of life entered a triumphant decade, providing women with regal bearing and a sublime look. Skirts were longer, shoulders were softened and waists were cinched. A Dior flower-women blossomed in the post-war era, and outrageously splendid, was soon to conquer the world with infinite grace.

ISABELLA BOYLSTON PROMOTED TO SOLOIST WITH AMERICAN BALLET THEATRE
Isabella Boylston has been promoted to the rank of Soloist with American Ballet Theatre, it was announced today by Artistic Director Kevin McKenzie. The promotion is effective immediately.
Born in Sun Valley, Idaho, Isabella Boylston began dancing at the age of three. While training at the Academy of Colorado Ballet, she won the gold medal at the 2001 Youth America Grand Prix Finals in New York City. In 2002, she trained at the Harid Conservatory in Boca Raton, Florida on a full scholarship.

El próximo domingo 12 de junio a las 11:00hs, con entrada gratuita, se presentará la Orquesta Académica del Teatro Colón
bajo la dirección de Enrique Arturo Diemecke.
El programa incluirá: Stabat Mater/Salve Regina en do menor de Giovanni B.Pergolesi y la Sinfonía Nº 2 en Re Mayor Op. 36 de Ludwig van Beethoven.
Cuatro de las nueve compañías invitadas al 5 Festival Internacional de Ballet serán las encargadas de darle apertura a este importante evento hoy en la Plaza de Toros. Allí estarán Incolballet Escuela, The Hong Kong Ballet, Diversity Dance y el Ballet Santiago de Chile.
El espectáculo de las cuatro compañías será el abrebocas de este evento que reunirá durante cinco días a los amantes del ballet en escenarios como el Teatro Jorge Isaac, el Teatro Municipal Enrique Buenaventura y Cali Teatro.

The Bolshoi Theatre is again to produce the most caustic and paradoxical of Rimsky-Korsakov's operas, the most "unfairytale-like" of all his tales, the tale about the golden cockerel.
The Golden Cockerel was created after the infamous events of the 1905 revolution (the first musical sketches for the opera – the Cockerel theme – appeared at the end of 1906, and the whole score was finished in the course of the following year). And, of course, the tense political situation, which reigned at the time in the country, could not but find reflection in the opera.

The Palucca Hochschule with a premiere at this year´s matinee in the Semper Opera Dresden
This year the Palucca Hochschule für Tanz presents the premiere of "BLIND 4 TWO" in the choreography of the dance pedagogue Matthias Markstein from Dresden and the famous waltz from the 3rd act of "Coppélia" in the choreography of George Balanchine for their annual Matinée in the Semper Opera House.
