Ayer murió en Madrid Juanjo Linares, uno de los grandes especialistas y maestros de la danza folclórica española. Linares no pudo superar un ataque cardíaco que sufrió la pasada semana.
Bailarín, coreógrafo, maestro e investigador, Linares fue, además del mayor experto, la principal referencia en este campo para artistas de varias generaciones.

Tras los triunfos obtenidos en otoño del 2007 y del 2008 en Moscú, San Petersburgo, Perm, Novosibirsk, Cheliabinsk, Ekaterimburgo, Ufa, Kiev y Odesa, ese festival volvió por tres días al moscovita teatro Stanislavski y Nemirovich-Dánchenko para proseguir después su nueva gira mundial.
