We are sure you will be pleased to hear that we are offering members of the Victor Hochhauser Mailing List a longer priority booking period for the Mariinsky Ballet who will be performing at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, from Monday 28 July to Saturday 16 August 2014.

The Mariinsky Ballet returns with another exciting three-week season, opening with one of the most cherished and admired of 20th–century Russian ballets, Leonid Lavrovsky’s Romeo and Juliet. The repertoire continues with an entrancing production of Konstantin Sergeyev’s Swan Lake and two spellbinding ballets by George Balanchine: A Midsummer Night’s Dream – performed for the first time outside Russia – and Apollo set to Stravinsky’s radiant score. Mikhail Fokine’s powerful The Firebird, Frederick Ashton’s celebrated version of Dumas Fils’s tale of passion and loss Marguerite and Armand and Alexei Ratmansky’s acclaimed Concerto DSCH to a thrilling score by Shostakovich, complete an incomparable triple bill. The season ends with the beloved fairytale of Cinderella, with Ratmansky’s spectacular choreography perfectly capturing the joy, lyricism and wit of Prokofiev’s unforgettable score.
