Welcome to Popo's and Pipi's kingdoms! Christian Spuck found the material for his fifth full-length ballet in the 1838 comic, political satire Leonce and Lena, by Georg Büchner, author of Woyzeck. The ballet had its première in April 2008, at the Aalto Theatre in Essen, Germany.

Dutch National Ballet’s new production of Giselle has been recorded at Het Muziektheater, Amsterdam in High Definition and Surround Sound, and will be released by NVC Arts/Warner Music Entertainment in February.
Giselle, with choreography by Marius Petipa, (after Jean Coralli and Jules Perrot) is the most celebrated ballet of the romantic era, and a perennial favourite that continues to move audiences all around the world 170 years after it was first performed.
