PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN DE CANDIDATURAS A LA DIRECCIÓN DE LA COMPAÑÍA NACIONAL DE DANZA DEL INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE LAS ARTES ESCÉNICAS Y DE LA MÚSICA DEL MINISTERIO DE CULTURA

El Instituto Nacional de las Artes Escénicas y de la Música, cuya estructura orgánica y funciones se regulan en el Real Decreto 2491/1996, de 5 de diciembre, tiene entre sus fines el fomento y difusión del arte de la danza y su repertorio en sentido amplio.

2010 FALL FOR DANCE FESTIVAL AT NEW YORK CITY CENTER WILL FEATURE 20 DANCE COMPANIES FROM ACROSS THE UNITED STATES AND AROUND THE WORLD TICKET PRICES ONCE AGAIN $10 FOR ALL SEATS.

Festival Debuts:

Companhia Urbana de Dança, Company Rafaela Carrasco, Corella Ballet Castilla y León, Dresden Semperoper Ballett, Emanuel Gat Dance, Gallim Dance, Miami City Ballet, Russell Maliphant Company, Shu-Yi & (Dancers) Company and Tero Saarinen Company.

La vida es un Cabaret – Cabaret de Joe Masteroff

Quien visite la capital alemana en estas semanas no puede dejar de ver «Cabaret», la genial comedia musical de Joe Masteroff inspirada en relatos parcialmente autobiográficos de Christopher Isherwood, ambientada en el Berlín de los años locos, la crisis de 1929 y el imparable ascenso del nazismo, interpretada hoy en un auténtico teatro de variedades de la capital alemana.

Salzburg Festival is prominent festival of music, staged Opera, theater and concerts. The Salzburg Festival 2010 season will begin on July 25th and will complete on 30 August 2010.

This year Salzburg Festival will celebrate its 90th anniversary since its official rebirth on 22 August 1920. Theme for this year's festival is Mythology for Opera, concerts and theatre events.

‘Black Swan‘, (’Cisne negro’ en español) cuenta la historia de Nina (Natalie Portman), una brillante bailarina de ballet que es elegida para el papel principal de ‘El lago de los cisnes’ del Ballet de New York.

Tras conseguir este puesto, la joven es sometida a mucha presión. Su madre le exige que tenga éxito y su profesor insiste en que debe ser más seductora y ligera en sus movimientos.

The International Ballet Star Gala in Taipei returns in 2010 for a fourth time, bringing fourteen outstanding ballet stars from the world’s most renowned ballet companies to the stage to display their exquisite technique and unique artistry in such classical Pas de Deux as Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, Le Corsaire, Romeo and Juliet …….etc, and contemporary works on one stage.

24th International Ballet Competition 2010 will be held from 19th of July until 29th of July 2010 in Varna, Bulgaria’s seaside capital.

The International Ballet Competition – Varna was established in 1964. Its first edition was held from 2 to 13 July at the Open-Air Theatre in Bulgaria’s seaside capital. It is the first professional international ballet competition in the world. On this occasion the world-famous French ballet master Serge Lifar said: "The Varna Competition is a unique event in the history of ballet, an event of huge importance…"

Presentación del ‘Anuario SGAE 2010’, una obra fundamental para conocer las claves de la cultura en España

La Fundación Autor y la SGAE presentarán el próximo lunes 26 de julio de 2010 (a las 11 horas, en la Sala Valle Inclán del Palacio de Longoria de la SGAE en Madrid) el Anuario SGAE 2010 de las Artes Escénicas, Musicales y Audiovisuales, con los datos estadísticos básicos sobre la cultura y el ocio en nuestro país. Este volumen, el décimo de la serie, apuntala una línea de trabajo emprendida en 1999 y reconocida por todo el sector cultural español.
